How to return the product?
You can register a new return request in the “Orders / Returns” section of the My Account menu, and you can also track the status of your return there (if you have made a purchase without registering, you can submit your request here ).
In the menu you will find all your orders, and for orders that have already been delivered and are within the return period (14 days from receipt of parcel), you will see a “Returns Request” button. Click here to record your refund request.
You select which product(s) from the order you wish to return, then click on the “Returns Request” button again.
You must provide all the details on the return form in order for your refund request to be accepted and the refund to be processed.
You can request that the return shipment is collected from you by a GLS courier through us, in which case the return shipment cost (1.990 HUF) will be deducted from the price of the returned product(s). If you choose this option, you must specify where the courier will be sent to collect the parcel (name, address, telephone number and e-mail address; we can only accept addresses in this format: postcode, city, street, house number and, if it is a condominium, floor and door).

In this case, please indicate in the comment field which courier service you are using to return the parcel to us.
Always pack the product(s) you want to return well so that they are not damaged in transit! We cannot take back products damaged in transit.
Is it possible to exchange the returned product directly?
No, it is not possible to directly exchange a returned product. As soon as we receive the product you have returned and have checked it, we will credit the account you have specified. You can order the other size, if available.
What happens to the returned products after I have sent them back to you?
After you have returned the product to us in the correct packaging via GLS or another courier service of your choice, the parcel will be sent to us. We first unpack the products received and register them immediately so that the refund can start automatically. Returned products will be carefully inspected and if they arrive damaged or stained, we will contact you.
