How can I pay for my order?
You can choose between two payment methods when finalising your order.
- Credit card payment via SimplePay (no extra cost for delivery)
In this case, your order will be closed only after the payment has been successfully processed. Therefore, for this payment method, the payment confirmation will appear directly in your browser window.
- Cash on delivery (extra cost 490 HUF)
If you have chosen to pay by cash on delivery, the value of the goods delivered must be paid to the courier. At GLS courier you can pay both by credit card and cash.
When and how will I receive my invoice?
You will receive an invoice by email, immediately after you have placed your order and it has been confirmed on our site.
Your order number (four digits) will be included in the confirmation, on the invoice and on the GLS parcel label.
We can only accept return requests with the order number.
Why did you refuse my credit card payment?
If it is not possible to pay by credit card, there are several reasons. For example, you may have entered your details incorrectly or there may have been a technical error on our part or on SimplePay’s part. Alternatively, in this case, we recommend the cash on delivery payment method.
If the error was in our system, please report it to us at panasz@bvonlineshop.hu and we will compensate you for the extra cost of the COD payment (490 HUF) with a coupon code.
