Long Life Diet Way

This programme will follow your Skinny Diet Way programme, based on the shape you’ve achieved and aiming to maintain it in the long term.

In no way do we want a JOJO effect, a sudden “gaining back weight”. We believe that the secret to long-term sustainable ‘good looks’ is to never return to the lifestyle you had before, which was most likely based on an ‘excessive’ and poorly balanced diet.

Long Life Diet Way – Sample diet

Breakfast: it’s a good idea to start with a water supplement when you wake up, as you’ll be dehydrated while you sleep. Take GG Body BODYHACK capsules. This should be taken about 15-30 minutes before meals – with at least 2 dl of still water – to get the maximum effect (Tip: To eliminate dehydration after waking up, we recommend drinking 3-5 dl of water). Then do your morning routine! (Tip: If time permits, you may want to include 10-15 minutes of meditation here.) You can then start to mix in your morning high-fiber GG Body YUMMY Protein-Fiber Pudding, which can be any flavor of your choice. (The importance of fiber: improves absorption of nutrients, reduces the risk of colon and rectal disease, reduces insulin response, i.e. slows the absorption of sugar, and speeds digestion.) Make it with cold water at the right mixing ratio – use 180-200 ml of water for 40 g of powder, i.e. two heaping scoops, and set aside for 3-4 minutes (Tip: Refrigerate if you have the option.) Until your pudding is the perfect consistency, consume your daily GG Body YOUNG Collagen Elixir. We recommend 1 shot per day for the first 12 days of your diet, then every 2 days is enough. The benefits of the high dose of collagen (9000 mg per dose) will be felt and seen after the first 12 days, but it is important to maintain a constant level to preserve the results and the success of your diet. You can then have your GG Body YUMMY Protein-Fiber Pudding, topped up with a big handful of high antioxidant berries, a small portion of oats, or even peanut butter. (Tip: You can make the pudding with almond or coconut milk instead of water for an even better taste experience. In summer, you can also mix it with frozen berries.)

Option B for breakfast: rye bread with 1-2 slices of cold cuts and low-fat cottage cheese/mozzarella. Eat some vegetables (cucumber, peppers, etc.)! You could also make an omelette if you have time in the morning.

Lunch: Lunch is not considered a proper meal, but it is an excellent way to keep your metabolism going. It is worth thinking ‘small’. A perfect snack is a green apple with 15 g almonds or a can of tuna (in natural juice) with 3 slices of puffed rice. You can also include a small egg in your diet, but no more than 1-2 eggs, for example hard-boiled, sprinkled with salt and 2 slices of puffed rice.

Half an hour before lunch, take your second BODYHACK capsule with 2dl of water.

Lunch: the most abundant time of the day, it’s a good time to reward your body with protein, carbohydrate and fat all at the same time. The easiest way to get your lunch proportions right is to use the well-known smart plate model.

1/4th for the proteins. You should eat a variety of meats (about 150 grams of meat for lunch) and fish. Try to diversify your diet. Don’t think about too large portions at this time either.

For example, salmon, cod, perch and trout are recommended for blood group A. Chicken and turkey meat have a neutral effect, but beef, liver, duck meat and pork should be avoided as they have a negative effect on the diet.

With blood type 0, you can be a real “carnivore” on your diet, as beef, minced beef, game and lamb will help you lose weight. Salmon, cod and trout are also beneficial. Chicken and turkey have a neutral effect on the nullases, so it is also safe to eat them. However, pork, goose meat and smoked salmon should be avoided, as they can hold us back from shedding the pounds.

For blood type B, a fish diet is preferable, and even chicken can be a good choice. However, beef, pork, duck meat, veal and game meat should be avoided. For fish, choose white fish, carp, salmon or trout, but avoid crustaceans, squid and shellfish.

If you have blood type AB, you should choose turkey meat over poultry if you want to lose weight. For this blood type, red meat is particularly fattening, not easily digestible and stored as fat (which is toxic to the intestinal tract). In addition to turkey, tofu and seafood will help this blood type to metabolise efficiently. Pike, salmon, mackerel, trout and sardines are particularly useful for our diet.

1/4th part high starch carbohydrate, which provides us with enough energy for the rest of the day. The best choices here are basmati rice, brown rice or sweet potatoes. (Don’t overeat on carbs!)

2/4-ed part vegetables. It is worth making a big salad for your lunch, mostly consisting of green vegetables. You can add cucumbers, peppers, iceberg lettuce and a little tomato.
You can add a little olive oil to your salad, as fat should be part of your lunch. Another option is to steam or grill your vegetables. It depends on taste in each case.

Snack: we should think in terms of small portions, as we did for the tenth meal. For example, you can eat a few nuts with some carrots. A small portion of hummus with vegetables is a good choice, or you can also have tuna here with 1-2 slices of puffed rice, quinoa or half a sweet potato.

Take your last BODYHACK capsule of the day half an hour before dinner!

Dinner:

It is recommended to time your dinner so that you do not eat anything 2-3 hours before going to bed. This means that you should have your snack in the afternoon at 3-4 pm and your dinner at 6-7 pm. This is also important to give your body time to rest and recover, as it would be too much of a task to digest overnight. If you didn’t eat protein in the morning, replace dinner with it.

Or Option B: If you’ve eaten protein in the morning, choose light meats and vegetables without carbohydrates. If you have dinner plans, watch the amounts, and be sure to start the next morning with a little bit of deprivation (protein alone).

Even if you’re on holiday and can’t watch your diet, there’s no need to panic. Enjoy your holiday, eat a varied diet and return to our Skinny Diet Way programme for a week after you get home and you’ll be sure to avoid the JOJO effect.
