How do I redeem my voucher?
If you have a coupon, you can enter the coupon code in the “Checkout” section (proceeding from the shopping cart):
“Do you have a coupon? Click here to enter code”
Click on it, enter the code in the coupon code field and click on the “Redeem Coupon” button. If you have entered a valid coupon code, you will receive the following confirmation:
“Coupon code successfully applied.”
At the same time, the discount will be activated and your order total will be immediately reduced by the value of the coupon in your browser window.
My coupon code is not working, what could be the reason?
If the coupon code does not work, there are the following reasons:
- The coupon has already been redeemed once and used.
- The voucher is issued to a limited number of customers.
- The coupon is subject to a minimum and/or maximum order value.
- The coupon has expired.
If your coupon code does not work for any other reason, please contact our customer support team at panasz@bvonlineshop.hu.
Can I offset my coupon against an existing order?
You cannot use the coupons afterwards, it is not technically possible. If you have forgotten to use the coupon, don’t worry, you can do so on your next purchase from the online shop within the coupon validity period.
